Delete your Ivy Lee account

You can delete your Ivy Lee account and everything in it at any time. This applies to the web app (app.ivyleetasks.com) and the Ivy Lee iPhone and Android apps, which share one account.
Delete it yourself
- Open Ivy Lee (web or phone) and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, you will be asked to sign in again first.
What gets deleted
Your tasks, notes, workspaces, daily plans and history, your places in shared workspaces, your invites and gift invites, your reminder settings and push registrations, your affiliate sign-up and referral code, and the sign-in account itself. Deletion starts immediately.
What we keep
Payout and commission records for the affiliate program are kept without your name or email, because tax rules require us to keep financial records. Your display name may remain on tasks you added to someone else’s shared workspace.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first: for the iPhone app in your Apple subscription settings, for the Android app in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, and for web purchases from your account in the web app.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@ivyleetasks.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.
